The Matruschka project with a total budget of 725 000 euro will be realized over two years May 2007-April 2009. The project is part- financed by the European Union (European Regional Development fund) within the BSR INTERREG III B Neighbourhood Programme, TACIS, the Finnish Ministry of Environment and the partner cities.
